Fees

1: Credit for classes missed due to a holiday/illness

The club"s policy however is to refund only when two or more classes in a row are missed. Each case will be judged on its merits.

Applications for refunds must be put to the treasurer in writing to PO Box 6362 or by email to accounts@pearlcoastgymnastics.com.au . Early advice would be appreciated eg if you are going away on holidays.

2: Credit for classes upon withdraw from the club

Notification of a withdraw of gymnast from his/her class must be emailed or posted to the Registrar as soon as possible. A credit for the subsequent classes will be issued if the parent has paid the term fees in full. No credit for missed class will be issued if the parent did not notify the Registrar prior to those missed classes.
